Summary:
The Graphics Designer plays a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our BPO, creating compelling and consistent designs that enhance marketing initiatives, internal communications, and client engagement. This role ensures that all visual content aligns with brand standards while supporting campaign goals across digital and print platforms. By collaborating closely with marketing and business teams, the designer helps bring strategic messages to life through impactful visuals that drive awareness, engagement, and brand recognition.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality marketing materials including flyers, social media posts, and presentations
  • Develop visual content for both external and internal communications
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to support campaign planning and execution
  • Edit, optimize, and prepare visual assets for various channels and formats
  • Upload and manage content across all social media platforms
