Growth and Marketing Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated online and offline marketing strategy.
  
  


• Manage social media, content, digital advertising and campaigns.
  
  


• Develop trade/market activation programmes supporting distributors and retailers.
  
  


• Drive product awareness and consumer demand.
  
  


• Track marketing ROI, leads, conversions and customer acquisition.
  
  


• Coordinate agencies, creators and other marketing partners.
  
  


• Work directly with commercial/sales to ensure marketing translates into product movement.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience
  
  


• A minimum of an HND in a related field.
  
  


• Proven FMCG/growth-marketing experience.
  
  


• Strong digital marketing knowledge plus understanding of offline/trade marketing.
  
  


• Evidence of campaigns that generated measurable business results.
  
  


• Commercial and data-driven rather than focused only on aesthetics/content.
  
  


• Capable of operating effectively with controlled budgets.
