We are looking for a Group Procurement Specialist for our organization. The position will be directly reporting to Group Procurement Manager – Corporate Support & Services.

 Qualifications:

•          Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and relevant areas

•          2+ years experience in Procurement, preferably in categories such as“Above The Line/Below The Line Marketing, Promotional Items, Employee Health and Safety Equipments”.

•          Demonstrated success in sourcing, running contracts, managing indirect spend for multiple projects simultaneously

•          Have knowledge in contract drafting and sign-off by negotiating the commercial, technical and legal terms

•          Preferably experience in SAP MM, MS Axapta & SAP MDG

Job Description:

•          Effectively communicate the vision of Group Procurement and educate internal stakeholders at all levels

•          Managing diversity of stakeholders in Kibar Holding Group Companies

•          Identify market and product opportunities through analysis of various data, and create actionable strategies

•          Perform RFx’s, evaluate quotations in order to support vendor selection

•          Create purchase orders for ad hoc requests, place unit price agreements for a defined period in order to fix price

•          Follow-up and ensure effective vendor management & product quality
