About Company: Our client, one of Nigeria's leading Pension Fund Administrators, is seeking an exceptional Head, Business Development (North) to lead business growth across Northern Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
§ Driving RSA acquisition, Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, and contribution inflows across Northern Nigeria.
§ Developing and executing regional business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
§ Winning and managing high-value corporate, government and institutional relationships.
§ Expanding agency networks and strategic partnerships across the region.
§ Increasing voluntary contributions, RSA transfers, and penetration into underserved market segments.
§ Building and maintaining strong relationships with MDAs, corporate organisations, labour unions, trade associations and other key stakeholders.
§ Leading, mentoring and developing regional business development teams to consistently exceed performance targets.
§ Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and regulatory developments to identify new growth opportunities.
§ Ensuring full compliance with PenCom guidelines, governance requirements and ethical marketing practices.
§ Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
§ A Master's degree and relevant executive or professional certifications will be a distinct advantage.
§ 10+ years' professional experience, including at least 8 years within the financial services industry.
§ Minimum of 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
§ Demonstrated success in driving business growth, sales performance and market expansion across Northern Nigeria.
§ Strong relationships with government institutions, corporate organisations, labour unions and other key decision-makers within the region.
§ Extensive experience managing multi-state sales operations and leading geographically dispersed teams.
§ Deep understanding of Northern Nigeria's business environment, culture and market dynamics.
§ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication and strategic planning skills.
§ High integrity with a strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.
