Head, Finance and Accounts

• Creates forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
  
• Supervises all financial tasks of company and ensures use of capital and resources beneficially.
  
• Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results
  
• Conducting risk management
  
• Maintains company’s financial health and increases profitability
  
• Carries out Expense Management Control
  
• Coordinates annual budget and budgetary control
  
• Conducts profit and cost analyses
  
• Develops secure procedures to maintain confidential information
  
• Ensures all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
  
• Recommends cost-reducing solutions
  
• Preparing Management Accounts
  

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  
• Professional qualification as ACA, ACCA or ICAN with be added advantage
  
• 3-4 years’ relevant experience as Head of Accounts and Finance
  
• Experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams
  
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, including ability to make presentations.
