Our client is a global operating in Africa, Middle East and Asia. The group has diverse business interest in FMCG, Agricultural and Allied, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, IT, Oil field services etc.
As a part of its growth and expansion plans, the company is seeking to recruit self driven, experienced and motivated individuals to fill select position within the Group’s various businesses.
The client seeks to fill this position:

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the administration function
Manage residential accommodations including searching/sourcing new accommodation, negotiating and closing new leases, accommodation related inventory, renovations etc.
Liaise with all levels of government and their parastatals in matter and negotiating the best deals for the company.
Implement and maintain quality systems and ensure continuous improvement of methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvement.
A
master’s degree in public administration/any discipline from a reputed
institute/university.
Minimum
of 12 years experience of with at least 5 years in management level.
Working
knowledge of the FMCG/manufacturing industry.
Good
oral and written proficiency in English.
Excellent
leadership skills.
Functional
expertise, decision making, planning and execution and analytical skills.
Good
knowledge of ERP application e.g. SAP and Oracle.
