Job Description - Head of Customer Support

A fast growing retail company renowned for providing I.T solutions and innovative services to different players in the mobile market space is looking for a vibrant, driven and goal oriented individual to join his dynamic workforce. Our preferred candidate must be ready to lead teams of customer support specialists to ensure that clients receive assistance with the technical aspects of products or services to maximize customer retention

1. At least 3 years working experience in customer support preferably working as customer support manager within a fast paced business environment
2. Vast experience in customer service research and analytical techniques.
3. Excellent Communication skill.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business, Management or social science.

TOPMOST PRIORITY: preferably a female gender but a good male candidate could be considered
