Head of Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification.
  
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, with at least 8 years of progressive financial management experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
  
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  
• Exceptional analytical and problem -solving abilities.
  
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non -financial stakeholders.
