Head of Finance and Accounts

Crimson Oak Partners is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing player in the manufacturing and trading space, for an experienced Head of Finance and Accounts to lead the company’s financial function with strategic insight, discipline, and integrity.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director and Executive Director and leads the Accounts team in shaping the company’s financial direction.

You’ll be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the company's fiscal health.

Success in this role looks like:

Timely and accurate financial reporting

Efficient cash flow and working capital management

Budget variance within 5%

Regulatory compliance at 100%

Strong team leadership and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with key stakeholders

Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management

Supervise accounting operations: payroll, AP/AR, ledgers

Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations

Prepare and present management accounts and board-level financial reports

Evaluate investments and manage financial risk

Drive cost optimization and profitability analysis

Lead external audits and maintain record confidentiality

Coach and mentor the finance team to meet performance goals

B.Sc./BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field

ACA/ACCA certification required

MSc/MBA is a strong advantage

Minimum 8 years of experience in senior finance roles

Expertise in:

Budgeting & financial modeling

Cash flow & risk management

Tax and regulatory compliance

Accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP)

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

Strong leadership and integrity-driven work ethic

Net Salary: 1,2000,000 monthly
