  • Strong familiarity with professional accounting workflows, client expectations, and engagement delivery standards

  • Solid understanding of the Lagos business and professional services landscape

  • Proven experience engaging business owners, senior management, and institutional clients

A professional accounting qualification is not mandatory; however, hands-on experience within an accounting or audit firm is essential.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship management and client-facing communication skills

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support deal progression and conversions

  • Sound professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality

Career & Exposure

  • High-visibility role within a growing accounting and technology group

  • Direct interaction with Group leadership and key decision-makers
