Job Description - Head of Marketing

Responsibilities
1. Marketing strategy and planning: Ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives.

2. Digital marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

3. Data analysis: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure marketing performance and inform future strategies.

4. Content creation: Ability to create high -quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

5. Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Collaboration and communication: Ability to work effectively with cross -functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.

7. Fintech industry knowledge: Understanding of the Fintech industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

8. Budget management: Ability to manage marketing budgets and make data -driven decisions to optimize spend.

Requirements

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferable).

Professional Experience

1. At least 4 -6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.

2. Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

3. Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
