Job Title: Head of Marketing (with strong experience in HMO)

Location: Abuja

Reports To: Managing Director/CEO

Job Summary

The Head of marketing will lead marketing strategy, corporate acquisition, business growth, and retention across Abuja and the northern region. He/she will be responsible for leading high\-value deals, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
  


• Lead corporate negotiations and acquisition of major accounts.
  


• Strengthen stakeholder relationships across private and government sectors.
  


• Oversee account management, ensuring excellent customer experience and retention.
  


• Monitor performance, market trends, and competition to shape strategy.
  


• Supervise and mentor the Abuja marketing team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.
  


• 8–10 years senior marketing experience, ideally in an HMO.
  


• Strong negotiation, presentation, and business networking skills.
