Head of Operations

The Head of Operations will oversee the strategic and operational functions of the department, ensuring seamless execution of programs, process optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires a seasoned operations professional who can translate strategy into action through efficient systems, data-driven decision-making, and strong team leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead planning, logistics, resource management, and performance tracking across all projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, financial discipline, and operational excellence that supports the ministry’s growth and impact goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Goal Achievement

• Lead the implementation of key operational goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  
  
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, retail, FMCG, logistics, or large-scale organizational management.
  
  
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-site operations.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
