Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially strong and systems-driven Head of Procurement to lead the company’s procurement strategy, vendor ecosystem, and sourcing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the business procures the right goods and services at the right quality, cost, and timeline while maintaining strong controls, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. It is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategic sourcing, financial discipline, and execution rigour in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Own

• Lead the end-to-end procurement function across sourcing, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, order tracking, and delivery coordination.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, project requirements, and cost optimization priorities.

• Build and manage a high-performing supplier network, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, pricing, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee procurement planning, demand forecasting, sourcing strategy, and supplier engagement to meet both company and client needs.

• Drive value through disciplined spend management, cost analysis, and sourcing decisions that improve efficiency without compromising quality.

• Oversee procurement budgets, payment workflows, and vendor documentation, partnering closely with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment.

• Strengthen procurement governance by maintaining SOP compliance, approval discipline, audit readiness, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Mitigate procurement risk through alternative sourcing, supplier diversification, market monitoring, and tighter control frameworks.

• Maintain accurate procurement data, reporting, and analytics to improve visibility, decision-making, and accountability.

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and business teams to ensure procurement supports delivery seamlessly.

You think clearly about value, risk, and supplier performance, and you know how to build a procurement function that is both disciplined and responsive.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing vendor relationships, procurement budgets, payables coordination, and sourcing operations.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, reporting, and strategic thinking skills.

• Experience in the advertising or media industry is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
