Job Description - Head Of Sales

Our client is seeking a results -driven Head of Sales to lead
sales strategy, revenue growth, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop
    and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead,
    mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

  • Drive
    customer acquisition, retention, and key account growth.

  • Monitor
    sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.

  • Build
    strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Collaborate
    with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales outcomes.

  • Analyze
    market trends and competitor activity.



Requirements


  • Minimum
    of 5 years’ experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Certifications
    in SMEI, CPSL, or NASP are compulsory.
  • Proven
    track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong
    negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic
    mindset with strong commercial awareness
