Position Summary:
• We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to fill the role of Head Sales & Marketing.This role will be responsible for driving the company's growth and profitability through the strategic management of real estate development projects and REIT investments.
• The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in investment strategy, capital raising, and cross -functional leadership in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational and investment strategies to drive growth and profitability across real estate development projects and REIT portfolios.
• Formulate and execute strategic investment frameworks to maximize returns for REIT investors while maintaining optimal risk -adjusted performance.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and manage investor relations to secure capital for real estate investment opportunities and development projects.
• Monitor market trends and investment performance to make data -driven decisions on asset allocation and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with financial analysts and investment managers to optimize investment portfolios and enhance overall portfolio performance.
• Conduct thorough due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to protect investor interests and mitigate potential challenges in development operations and investments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards governing real estate development projects and REIT operations.
• Lead cross -functional teams, including construction, business development, sales and marketing to ensure seamless execution of real estate development projects and investments from inception to completion.
• Oversee comprehensive project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control measures.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity across all development and investment activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors in the real estate industry.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship and oversight to operational and construction staff, optimizing team performance and fostering professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate investments, development and banking
• Proven expertise in REIT management, investment strategy, and capital raising
• Demonstrated success in managing large -scale real estate development projects
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management in real estate investments
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with experience leading cross -functional teams
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
