Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and
detail -oriented HR Executive for our client with a strong understanding of
labor laws and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing core HR functions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and
supporting a positive and legally sound work environment. This role requires
expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance to safeguard the
organization against risks and maintain the best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
à Design and implement talent
acquisition strategies for diverse teams across technology, sales, and
operations, ensuring effective recruitment for roles such as software
developers, product specialists, engineers, quantity surveyors, and field sales
agents.Ã Establish agile HR frameworks tailored
for dynamic workplaces, covering remote work guidelines, performance evaluation
systems, and employee -centric benefits like flexible schedules and wellness
initiatives.Ã Address employee relations challenges
in fast -growing teams, including rapid expansion, cross -functional
collaboration, and maintaining a strong organizational cultureà Maintain and update
regulatory -compliant HR policies, oversee statutory reporting, and facilitate
timely remittance of employment -related obligations.Ã Conduct compliance assessments,
address labor law concerns, and provide expert guidance on workplace policies
to both employees and management.Ã Handle grievance resolution,
disciplinary processes, and conflict mediation, ensuring fair and lawful
practices.Ã Collaborate with legal teams and
external authorities to navigate complex compliance matters.Ã Develop and deliver training programs
on employment regulations, workplace ethics, and company standards.Ã Adapt HR policies to evolving labor
laws and industry best practices.Ã Address workforce challenges in
fast -scaling environments, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration and
fostering a cohesive company culture.Ã Leverage HR technology (e.g., HRIS,
onboarding software) to automate and optimize administrative tasks for
distributed teams.Work closely with leadership to drive talent retention through career growth initiatives, continuous learning, and employee engagement programs.
à Bachelor’s degree in human resources,
Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
à 3 -5 years’ experience as an HR
Executive, HR Officer, or similar role, with a focus on labor law and
compliance.
à In -depth knowledge of employment laws,
workplace policies, and compliance requirements.
à Any HR certification is a plus.
à Strong communication, problem -solving,
and organizational skills.
à Ability to handle confidential
information with discretion and professionalism.
à Proficiency in HRIS systems and
Microsoft Office Suite, HR Analytics
