Key Responsibilities:
Manage end -to -end recruitment for various roles (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and training programs.

Requirements & Qualifications:
1–3 years of HR experience (preferred 4–5 years for senior HR roles).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools is an advantage.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
