HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end -to -end recruitment for various roles (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  

• Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives.
  

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  

• Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and training programs.
  

• Collaborate with management to address HR -related concerns.
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred 4–5 years for senior HR roles).
  

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  

• Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations.
  

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  

• Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools is an advantage.
  

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
