HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  
• Oversee end -to -end recruitment and onboarding processes
  
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR records
  
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment within the factory setting
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Strong understanding of zone -based operations or multi -location workforce management
  
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organisational and problem -solving abilities
  
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  
• ​Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
