The HR Manager is a strategic leader responsible for transforming and professionalizing the human resources function within a dynamic engineering and power solutions organization undergoing strategic restructuring. Reporting to senior leadership, this role drives the development of compliant, efficient, and scalable HR systems that align with business objectives and regulatory standards. The HR Manager will spearhead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, disciplinary processes, and employee relations strategies that foster accountability, engagement, and a high-performance culture. By streamlining recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation, the HR Manager ensures operational excellence and supports sustainable growth through data-driven, people-first initiatives. This position is critical in enabling organizational change, enhancing workforce capability, and building a disciplined, compliant, and motivated team across project sites and corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
Review, update, and restructure HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness
Design and implement a standardized performance management system to promote accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement
Lead the development and enforcement of fair, consistent disciplinary and grievance-handling processes in alignment with labor laws
Optimize recruitment and onboarding workflows to ensure timely, high-quality hiring and seamless integration of new employees
Maintain accurate, secure, and audit-ready HR records and digital documentation systems
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, operational demands, and talent needs
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local and national labor regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
5â7 years of progressive HR experience in HR management, HR business partnership (HRBP), or HR leadership roles
Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and disciplinary procedures
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident and effective in engaging with both senior executives and frontline employees
Preferred experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or SME sectors
Familiarity with labor regulations and HRIS platforms for efficient HR operations
Strong ethical standards, discretion, and a balanced leadership style rooted in fairness and integrity
