Summary:

The Human Resources Officer plays a vital role in supporting the seamless execution of HR functions within the aviation sector. This position ensures the efficient management of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and engagement initiatives. By maintaining accurate HR systems and fostering a positive workplace culture, the HR Officer contributes directly to organizational success and operational excellence. The role is essential in upholding HR standards, enhancing employee experience, and aligning human capital strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in publishing job openings across designated recruitment platforms.
Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications for prospective hires.
Coordinate onboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all employee documentation.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR databases in compliance with company standards.
Monitor and manage probation confirmation timelines.
Process employment-related paperwork, including contracts and amendments.
Address routine employee inquiries with prompt and professional responses.
Organize and support staff welfare and engagement initiatives.
Track and enforce completion of mandatory compliance and training programs.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all employee information.
