E ARE HIRING: HR OFFICER (RESTAURANT)
 
Our Client, a growing food business is seeking to hire a female HR Officer to drive the HR function of the business.
 
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (Applicants must stay on the island or within the environs)
Gender: Female
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: ₦250,000 net monthly
 
Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of kitchen and front-of-house staff
 Maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave tracking
 Prepare monthly payroll inputs and liaise on statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, NHF)
 Enforce company policies, handle staff discipline and grievances fairly
 Coordinate staff training, including food hygiene and safety compliance
 Support performance appraisal and staff welfare initiatives
 Advise management on HR matters and staff relations
 

Requirements

 B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally in hospitality, food service or an SME
 Good knowledge of Nigerian labour practices
 Strong interpersonal, organisational and record-keeping skills
 Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
 Fluency in Yoruba is an added advantage
 Must reside in or around the Island.
