Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized and versatile individual to join Oakheed to help drive strategic organizational priorities. The incumbent plays a key role in setting Oakheed's strategy, execution, and maintenance of high priority cross-functional client projects as well as understand the top-level vision of the organization and translate it into actions directed at growing Oakheed's business.

Key Responsibilities and duties

  • Handle incoming client projects like but not limited to, Culture Diagnostic, Leadership Coaching & Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Culture Management, Performance Management, HR Technology & Innovation.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure our clients policies, procedures, and reporting comply.
  • Provide clients with tailored innovative management programs, always thinking at a high level first, ensuring the company's core values and business goals are always weaved into the programs we help them build
  • Highly resourceful to clients for the gamut of HR questions they may have. An excellent coach, who loves finding the perfect solutions with calm and ease.
  • Highly knowledgeable about best-in-class organizations and can guide our clients through the process and add valuable input if the services requested aren't a good fit for them.
  • Help onboard new employees for our clients, walking them through the handbook, and benefits and answering any questions to help them join the team with ease. Encourage clients to have a comprehensive and friendly onboarding process past the first day.
  • Work directly with the Leadership, to help develop and support the overall strategy, growth, operations, and performance of Oakheed.
  • Help build and grow a high-performing team of independent human resource consultants and work with a diverse group of clients locally and nationally.
  • Work directly with consultants to advise, support, manage relationships and drive new business development.
  • Responsible for full life cycle of client engagement to include scoping, pricing, proposal writing, selling, execution and retaining
  • Engage in a variety of business development related activities, developing new business relationships through networking and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing and development activities.

Your Minimum Qualifications

  • A Human Resource professional with 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management to include; talent strategy, organizational development, training, succession planning, organizational design, change management, and recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional use of PowerPoint, Canva etc in preparing presentations and cutting edge proposals writing experience.

  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results- orientation.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Software including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use design tools such as Canva, Envato, Elements, etc.

About your expertise

  • Communication skills: Superior communication skills, both in written and verbal form; must have a good understanding of tact and diplomacy and a strong ability to positively influence outcomes and obtain high levels of cooperation.
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with ability to analyse data and present it to diverse audience. Excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and ability to leverage them for effectiveness.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills: must be punctual and complete all assignments in a timely fashion and must be able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting objectives in a professional and seamless manner.
  • Collaborative Business Partner: Excellent business acumen and ability to understand business strategy, work across business units, support managers and manage working relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Flexible, open, and welcoming to change, agile, have an ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, have an executive presence, have a positive can-do attitude, be result oriented, be self- motivated and proactive, and have an ability to work comfortably with collaborative personnel and senior business executives and stakeholders.
