HR Specialist – HRBP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support the HR Business Partner, Head Office, in delivering people analytics, workforce reporting, HR systems support, and management insights. The successful candidate will leverage HR data, SAP SuccessFactors, and reporting tools to support workforce planning, talent management, compliance, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze HR reports covering headcount, employee movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training, and employee relations metrics.


• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.


• Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting, workflow monitoring, data updates, and data quality management.


• Assist with workforce planning, vacancy tracking, organization structures, and manpower reporting.


• Provide analytical support for talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.


• Maintain HR compliance trackers, audit documentation, and action logs.


• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics certifications are desirable.


• 7 - 10 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Management, HR Analytics and Reporting, or a similar role.


• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to SAP HCM.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.


• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing, or multi-location environment will be an added advantage.
