The HR/Admin Officer will provide support in recruitment, employee relations, records management, compliance, and general office administration.
2. Purpose of the Role
The HR/Admin Officer will ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and oversee compliance with company policies. The role will also manage office logistics, facilities, and support services to create a productive work environment.

ü Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
ü Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
ü Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records.
ü Assist with performance appraisal processes.
ü Act as the first point of contact for staff HR-related inquiries.
ü Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
ü Ensure proper communication of company policies and procedures.
ü Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
ü Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
ü Organize company meetings, events, and workshops.
ü Ensure efficient document management and filing systems.
ü Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (pensions, PAYE, etc.).
ü Provide HR and administrative reports to management.
ü Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
