Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation.
  
  
  


• Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law.
  
  
  


• Ensuring that all the financial institution’s policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
  
  
  


• Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants.
  
  
  


• Investigating disciplinary and grievance matters.
  
  
  


• Managing leave requests and administration.
  
  
  


• Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
  
  
  


• Updating physical and digital personnel records, such as employment records.
  
  
  


• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires in each unit/department.
  
  
  


• Preparing reports on expenses, expense budgets and other expenditures.
  
  
  

Requirements
