HSE Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking
a proactive and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our modular refinery
operations in Kwale, Delta State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing
health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities.

This role is
ideal for a safety -focused professional with solid oil & gas or
engineering/EPC experience who thrives in a structured, performance -driven
environment.

Key
Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and
  Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with regulatory and
  company standards.
  
• Conduct routine site inspections, risk
  assessments, and safety audits.
  
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and
  federal safety regulations.
  
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed
  reports with corrective actions.
  
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and
  ongoing safety training to employees and contractors.
  
• Monitor hazardous activities and enforce safe
  work practices across refinery operations.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of safety records,
  permits, and compliance reports.
  
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
  to proactively mitigate risks.
  
• Promote a strong safety -first culture across all
  departments.
