- Culture Transformation Specialist: Led cross-functional teams in fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion, resulting in improved employee morale and productivity.
- Global Talent Manager: Managed end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning, across multiple regions and business units.
- HR Consultant: Provided strategic guidance to executive leadership on HR matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology or related field
Certifications:
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent
- Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalent
Languages:
- Proficient in English (Fluent in written and spoken communication)
- Additional languages a plus, especially considering global operations
Thorough understanding of music and the contemporary music scene Have a good understanding of the digital music industry and a strong grasp of the music industry's past and future. Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans Have experience with strategic planning and ability to observe, examine, and refine systems and processes and you are familiar with different strategic planning methods like OKRs and KPIs Be comfortable with decision-making and exercising sound judgment when confronted with many varying opinions Have 4+ years of experience in artist relations, music management or similar fields Excellent communicator Experience in the sales process, proposal writing and presentation.
