The HR Officer will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies, ensuring a productive and healthy workplace.
Manage end -to -end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate performance appraisals and staff development programs
Handle employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary matters
Maintain accurate staff records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support management in workforce planning and culture building
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years HR experience (real estate or corporate environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using HRIS/Recruitment tools (Zoho Recruit advantage)
