Job Description - I. T support

1) Provide basic technical support to staff and resolve computer-related issues.

2) Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.

3) Troubleshoot internet, network, printer, and system problems.

4) Assist with data backup, security, and protection of company information.

5) Maintain records of IT equipment and report technical issues when necessary.

6) Support staff with basic IT training and other technical duties as assigned.
