ICU Nurse (Open to Expatriates)

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate ICU Nurses to join our critical care team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a standard ICU, and possess hands-on experience with ICU equipment and machines. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality, intensive care to critically ill patients, monitor their conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive, high-level nursing care to critically ill ICU patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures as required.

* Manage and operate ICU equipment and machines, ensuring their proper use and timely maintenance.

* Assess patient conditions, respond to medical emergencies, and adjust treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with the medical team.

* Document patient care activities, including assessments, treatments, and progress reports.

* Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the ICU, ensuring that infection control procedures are followed rigorously.

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure clear understanding of patient conditions and treatment plans.

* Provide emotional support to patients and their families, showing empathy and compassion during challenging moments.

* Participate in training and development activities to stay current with new techniques, technologies, and best practices in critical care.

* Display professionalism, including conflict resolution, leadership, cooperation, and teamwork, to work effectively within the ICU team.

* Follow complex instructions to carry out medical tasks and procedures, ensuring that all steps are meticulously followed to provide safe and effective care.

Qualifications/Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years experience working in a standard ICU setting.

* Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is desirable.

* Hands-on experience with ICU equipment and machines, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, etc.

* A valid practicing nursing license.

Note:

We are willing to offer relocation support and assistance to expatriate candidates to help facilitate a smooth transition.
