Interior Architect

• Lead interior design and fit-out projects from concept development through completion.
  


• Engage clients to understand requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
  


• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, space plans, floor plans, furniture layouts, and mood boards.
  


• Prepare project costings, contracts, and fee calculations.
  


• Deliver design presentations and participate in client meetings.
  


• Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and vendor management activities.
  


• Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  


• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  


• Monitor project progress and resolve design or implementation challenges.
  


• Prepare project documentation and reports as required.
  


• Perform additional duties related to interior architecture and project management as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  


• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a reputable architectural or interior design firm.
  


• Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, workplace fit-outs, and project management.
  


• Understanding of engineering and construction principles, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software.
  


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  


• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  


• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
  


• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
