Corporate Specialist

Key Focus: Legal, Compliance & Risk

Core Responsibility:

Person Specification:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required.


• 5+ years of professional experience in a legal setting, preferably with exposure to corporate law, compliance, or a related field within a business environment.


• Experience in Labour law or company secretarial duties.


• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation.

Operations Specialist

Person Specification:

Compensation 

Here’s a rough outline of what your total compensation and benefits will look like: 

Compensation components

• Monthly Pay (pretax) (i.e. basic, housing and transport) ₦412,500.00 Gross per month or ₦4,950,000.00 per annum. (Please note that statuotry deductions would be applied)

• Other allowances paid  4 times a year (quarterly) =  ₦800,000.00 per annum. (Please note: This is unlocked only after confirmation and would be forfeited if exit is before confirmation)

Other benefits

• Group Life insurance, Healthcare Insurance, and Pension (10% Pension contributions into your retirement savings account)

Pre-tax value of all compensation and benefits

• Your total compensation (cash and other benefits) pre tax = ₦6,480,738.80 per annum.
