Inventory Officer

Manage inventory of the Product Center: sales reports, cash lodgements and monthly reconciliations of all literature items. 

Reconcile stock. 

Manage supply chain. 

Track the movement of products in and out of the product centre.

Monitor and ensure perfect monthly inventory stock count.

Verify monthly inventory report.

Submit all reports to Product Center Manager. 

Submit monthly reconciliation and inventory reports to head office. 9. Any other duty that may be assigned.  

Minimum Requirement OND in related discipline 

1 year work experience in related field; basic accounting skills, excellent report writing, records keeping and communication skills are very vital. The candidate must also possess supervisory capabilities.

In addition, he/she must be smart, pay attention to details, able to multi task, meet deadlines, trustworthy, analytic and versed in the use of MS-Excel.
