Summary

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-performance firmware for microcontrollers including ESP32, STM32, Arduino, and Nordic nRF series, primarily utilizing C/C++.
  
• Integrate diverse hardware components such as sensors, actuators, and communication modules for GPS, GSM/LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, and LoRa technologies.
  
• Create electronic schematics and PCB layouts using tools like KiCad, Altium, or Eagle, while overseeing the prototyping, validation, and initial production phases.
  
• Establish seamless device-to-cloud connectivity via protocols like MQTT, HTTP/REST, and CoAP, collaborating with backend engineers to optimize data pipelines and visualization dashboards.
  
• Engineer energy-efficient solutions and implement critical security features, including over-the-air (OTA) update mechanisms, encryption standards, and secure boot processes.
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and firmware issues using professional tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and JTAG/SWD debuggers.
  
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including test protocols and user setup guides to facilitate smooth deployment and maintenance.
  
• Monitor deployed units in the field, analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvements in device reliability and functionality.
