Job Description - IT Intern

Our client is a leading investment banking firm in Nigeria.

Job Summary
The IT Intern will assist with various tasks related to software, hardware, and network management, as well as provide support for day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and support of hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees regarding IT-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve internal processes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Assist in IT security-related tasks like virus scans, software updates, and data backups
  • Assist with network setup and management.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
