Job Description - IT Intern

Our client is a leading investment banking firm in Nigeria.

Job Summary

The IT Intern will assist with various tasks related to software, hardware, and network management, as well as provide support for day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and support of hardware and software systems.
Provide technical support to employees regarding IT-related issues.
Collaborate with IT team members to improve internal processes and identify areas for optimization.
Assist in IT security-related tasks like virus scans, software updates, and data backups
Assist with network setup and management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of computer systems and software
Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
