Job Summary
Ensure the organization maintains a robust and secure Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, facilitating operational efficiency to satisfy its members.
Key Responsibilities:
● Network Management: Oversee installation, maintenance, and management of the computer network to ensure consistent availability and efficiency.
● Database Management: Develop and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
● IT Infrastructure: Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organisation's operations, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
● Cyber Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organisation's ITsystems from threats.
● Ensure software licensing and updates meet organizational needs.
● Conduct regular inspections to prevent misuse of programs and systems.
● Monitor network bandwidth usage according to ICT policy.
● Assist in evaluating and updating business processes for efficiency.
● Develop and execute system test plans, improvements, and fixes.
● Coordinate IT activities with internal and external stakeholders.
● Plan, develop, and implement the ICT budget.
● Provide on-the-job coaching for staff.
● Maintain and support hardware infrastructure, including CCTV, access control systems, and POS terminals.
● Enhance software applications and supervise programmers in software development.
