IT Supervisor

The IT Supervisor will lead the Company's technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across ERP/POS systems, cybersecurity, IT governance, infrastructure, vendors, technology projects, business continuity and IT budgeting, ensuring technology supports the Company's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  
  


• Lead ERP and POS strategy across business units.
  
  


• Identify opportunities for technology-enabled process improvement and digital transformation.
  
  


• Oversee IT infrastructure planning and capacity requirements.
  
  


• Establish and maintain IT governance, policies and procedures.
  
  


• Develop and monitor cybersecurity controls and risk-management measures.
  
  


• Manage IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.
  
  


• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and post-implementation review.
  
  


• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery and IT resilience.
  
  


• Develop and manage the IT budget.
  
  


• Monitor system performance, availability and service levels.
  
  


• Work with business leaders to understand technology requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  
  


• Ensure compliance with relevant technology, data protection and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  
  


• 5–8 years' experience in IT, including supervisory or leadership experience.
  
  


• Experience managing ERP/POS environments.
  
  


• Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure and IT governance.
  
  


• Retail, hospitality or multi-location business experience is advantageous.
