Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to internal users and clients.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory.
Assist with software updates, patches, and routine system maintenance.
Document technical problems and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Support basic network setup and ongoing maintenance tasks.
Educate users on cybersecurity best practices to reduce risks.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when needed.
