Job Description - Junior Accountant

Job Summary: 

This role is dedicated to support daily accounting operations, by assisting with
accounting entries, reconciliations and routine financial reporting. The role will also have the
responsibility of supporting the monitoring and control of company’s inventory, ensuring all
stock movement are properly recorded and reconciled.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting entries, postings, and documentation.
- Perform daily bank and account reconciliations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock movements, purchases, sales, and balances.
- Assist with regular physical stock counts and investigate variances.
- Prepare basic financial and reconciliation reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support the Accountant with month-end closing and other accounting activities.
