Responsibilities:
Assist in processing payments, advances, and expense retirements in accordance with organizational policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and efficient filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
Support the preparation of vouchers and related financial documentation.
Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Enter financial transactions into accounting systems with high accuracy.
Support payroll processing and maintain staff payment documentation.
Verify financial documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenditures.
Contribute to internal and external audit processes as needed.
Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of all financial records
