Bluecounts Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design and improvement of user experiences across its web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that help businesses manage their operations more efficiently. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in product design, user experience, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and product improvements.
• Conduct basic user research and gather feedback from customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Support the maintenance of design systems and UI components.
• Review product screens and identify usability improvements.
• Assist in creating customer journey maps and user flows.
• Participate in product testing and usability reviews.
• Contribute to branding, marketing, and visual communication materials when required.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.
