Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Web Developer with 0–2 years of experience to play a key role in building and maintaining dynamic, high-performance websites. This position focuses on translating design concepts into functional, responsive web solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full development lifecycle—from initial planning and implementation to testing, optimization, and ongoing support—while ensuring security, usability, and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences that meet business goals and user expectations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement website functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and post-launch.
Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and efficient resource usage.
Implement security best practices to safeguard websites and user data.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, features, and system functionality.
Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to align technical execution with content and business needs.
Participate in project planning, task tracking, and delivery timelines using agile methodologies.
Communicate progress, challenges, and updates effectively to team members and clients.
