Job Description - Learning & Development Associate

Summary:
The Training Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery and effective execution of training programs. This position is responsible for supporting curriculum implementation, managing participant progress, and coordinating all logistical aspects of training sessions. By contributing to the evaluation of learning outcomes, the specialist helps drive continuous improvement in training quality and participant engagement. This role is essential in fostering a strong learning environment and achieving organizational training objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions
  • Support the delivery of curriculum content across various training formats
  • Track and document participant progress and performance
  • Coordinate training logistics, including venue setup, materials, and technology
  • Support the collection and analysis of feedback and evaluation data to assess learning outcomes
