Learning & Development Associate

The Learning and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing our youth employability mission by driving impactful learning initiatives and strengthening engagement across our alumni network. This individual will lead efforts to expand our learning delivery footprint in strategic regions such as Kano, ensuring inclusive access to high-quality training programs. By enhancing communication touchpoints, fostering community-driven learning initiatives, and tracking key performance metrics, the role ensures measurable improvements in alumni retention, employability outcomes, and impact storytelling. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth empowerment, data-informed program design, and building lasting relationships that transform alumni into active brand advocates.
