Learning Support Teacher

• Assess students' academic strengths, learning needs, and learning styles.
  


• Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support academic success.
  


• Provide targeted support and interventions in core subjects and study skills.
  


• Monitor student progress and adjust learning strategies where necessary.
  


• Collaborate with tutors, teachers, and parents to support student development and achievement.

• Mentor and guide students to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
  


• Maintain regular communication with parents and provide updates on student progress.
  


• Prepare and submit student assessments, progress reports, and intervention records.
  


• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning support programs and recommend improvements.
  


• Stay updated on best practices in learning support and student development.
  


• Participate in professional development activities and training programs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or a related field.
  


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching, learning support, academic counseling, or student development.
  


• Strong understanding of learning styles, academic intervention strategies, and student development principles.
  


• Ability to assess student needs and develop individualized learning plans.
  


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  


• Strong commitment to student success, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  


• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
