Learning/Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Management:
● Develop, implement, and oversee learning programs, including webinars, workshops, and courses, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
● Manage end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, participant communications, and coordination with other departments.
● Continuously evaluate and improve program content and delivery to meet client needs.
Content Creation and Collaboration:
● Work closely with subject matter experts, designers, and facilitators to develop engaging learning materials (e.g., presentations, videos, and course outlines).
● Ensure that all content meets the company’s quality and branding standards.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Monitor and assess program performance through surveys, feedback forms, and other tools to ensure effectiveness.
● Generate reports and provide insights for improvement and future planning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
● Act as a liaison between clients, facilitators, and the internal team to ensure seamless communication and program delivery.
● Manage relationships with external vendors or partners as needed for program execution.
Technology and Tools:
● Utilize tools like Zoho, Canva, and other project management platforms to organize and manage learning programs effectively.
● Stay updated on the latest learning management systems (LMS) and recommend technology solutions to enhance delivery.
