Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft high-quality documents, and perform detailed document reviews to support corporate and commercial matters.
  
• Manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining accurate trackers and visibility on outstanding actions.
  
• Identify missing documentation, inconsistencies, and potential compliance gaps to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  
• Exercise sound professional judgment to distinguish between matters requiring independent handling and those needing escalation to senior legal leadership or management.
  
• Collaborate effectively with Investment, Operations, Finance teams, portfolio companies, external counsel, and regulators through clear and professional communication.
  
• Drive actions to completion by proactively following up on assigned matters and ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Quickly adapt to new areas of law and business operations, specifically within the realms of private equity and fund management.
