Our client is a Culinary Bakery looking to hire a suitable candidate for the role of Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
· Respond to emergency calls for maintenance.
· Manage the set up and take down of different events.
· Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
· Communicate plans with team members.
· Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed
· Perform administrative tasks as required
· Record daily maintenance issues.
Education and Experience
Ten (10) to Twelve years (12) relevant work experience.
Experience managing a centralized kitchen.
Ability to over check machinery's and develop maintenance schedules.
Knowledge and ability to perform check in generators, electrical panels, plumbing work.
