Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
Handles routine repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within the hospital facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
  

• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
  
  

• Work on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical circuits.
  
  

• Maintain logs of repairs and equipment status.
  
  

Qualifications:

• ND/NCE or Trade Test Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
  
  

• Hands-on technical skills in hospital or commercial building maintenance.
  
  

Salary Range: 100,000 - 150,000/month
Benefits: Accommodation, HMO, overtime allowance.
